Hi, I’m Kate, a degree-qualified nutritionist obsessed with delicious food and finding ways to make it intolerance-friendly for myself and my two kids, Maksim and Sofia (hubby can eat anything, lucky him!).
This website is dedicated to sharing tasty and easy wholefood recipes and advice for anyone struggling with food intolerance. It might be wheat or gluten, cow’s milk dairy, salicylates, amines or glutamates, or in my case, citric acid.
Intolerance is often a symptom of poor gut function, so it’s really important if you have an intolerance to heal your gut. Then over time, you might be able to re-introduce problem foods and tolerate them better.
That’s why I’m passionate about nutritional medicine and chose to complete a Bachelor of Health Science, passing with Distinction average… so I can help you find an individual solution to your nutrition and intolerance needs. Food intolerance doesn’t mean you can’t eat healthy and delicious food.
Come and see me at Health Space Hornsby for a nutrition consultation and get your health back on track.
(Please note, if you have a diagnosed allergy, you should continue to avoid that food. Read about the difference between allergy and intolerance here.)
